wow wat a meme (good lord)

SO I WAS LOOKING OVER OLD ART AGAIN and in the depths of my first dA I found the very first digitally colored picture I ever did and I figured, you know what, a milestone like that could use one of those “DRAW THIS AGAIN” makeovers and I wanted to do it anyway—the old picture had a lot of space on the right and a ton of words because I took myself too seriously, I cropped it down for the sake of these being the same canvas size though u__u

(I used to color with a mouse and had no idea what layers were or how to start anything from scratch so everything was opacity-colored scans on super high contrast)

I was thinking about this picture again and yeah there’s some pretty obvious flaws but HEY 2010 ART WHAT CAN YOU DO. I’m actually still really proud of it and I think I’ll redraw it someday soon! POSTING IT HERE BECAUSE I CAN.

It’s Sunflora from Pokemon Mystery Dungeon 2— specifically her Special Episode, at the very end when she’s facing off against Haunter!
